The personal information you give us is used exclusively by Transpose for the transaction/purchase only.
Ordering and paying for items with us is safe and secure. All of our pages requesting personal information are completed using a secure link.
General
These terms and conditions apply to all transactions concluded with you, the customer, when you shop via the Transpose shop website/online store. Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for your future reference. By purchasing from the online shop you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions
Acceptance of orders
We are only able to take orders through the online store for delivery to the UK & Europe only.
We validate your order and payment before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide. Our confirmation of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.
We accept all orders for products and services subject to availability and certain security checks.
We accept payment by Paypal – you do not have to have a Paypal account to use this method. Payal accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept cheques but your order will not be released until the cheque has cleared our bank account. You can also phone your order through and payment details will be taken and processed manually. Important Please note that all purchases made via Paypal will show on your statement as "TJ SUPPLIES", any purchases made over the telephone paid by credit or debit card will show on your statement as TRANSPOSE".
Availability and delivery of Products
We do not hold stocks of every item on the on-line shop. If online shops products are temporarily unavailable, we will hold your order until we have the product in stock and will then mail the product to you in the usual way. In the event that an individual product becomes permanently unavailable then we will seek to offer you a suitable alternative or give you a full refund. All stock items will generally be posted within 2 working days. Other items will be posted within 15 working days. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within such timescales, however, some delays are inevitable. We shall not be liable for any delay that you may suffer in this regard. You will be notified of any delays.
Returns Policy
You may return unused and unopened products (except underwear) within 7 days for alternative items, less postage costs. In the event of a product or item being faulty, defective items will be replaced with a similar or alternative item. Please wrap products securely, including a copy of the Returns section of the invoice inside the parcel. Address to:-

and attach appropriate postage. Please remember to include your completed returns form at the bottom on your invoice and give the reason for return and any new requirements. We want you to feel confident about shopping through the online store. If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, then we will put the matter right, please contact us using the links in our help section, accessible from the foot of every page or give us a call direct.
Refunds
Refunds will only be given for faulty items - all refunds will be credited via the original purchasing method i.e. if Mastercard credit card was used for purchase, then the same card will be used for returns. Unfortunately we cannot offer returns on wigs, hosiery, intimate apparel unless obviously faulty.

Your Rights
The above terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Third Party Rights
The Online Store Terms are not intended to give rise to any right which is enforceable by a third party by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
